About the event
In this advanced session, we make a tour of celebration breads, focussing mainly on Easter. Amaze your family and friends this year with Easter breads from Switzerland and Italy, a Lenten fasting bread from Greece and some indulgent hot cross buns of England. For this session, we recommend that you have recent experience of breadmaking, or that you have attended our Beginners class.
This bakery course has three objectives:
